There's Beauty in the Chaos Bracelet

As part of the "Letter's from your future self" drop, this one hits very close to home for me. 

You see, with 3 little kids at home, my house is the epitome of chaos. There is always the sound of someone talking, laughing, crying, making something, breaking something... it's just expected. 

But recently, while Kara and the kids were gone for a few weeks and I was here all alone, I realized what it feels like to not have chaos: Empty. 

Chaos is one of those things where, in the moment, we feel like it's overwhelming. The very definition of chaos suggests "utter confusion", meaning we really are just sort of going with the flow, out of control and reacting in real time. 

But that, my friend, is where the beauty lies. 

When have you felt the most alive? Was it when you were doing something monotonous, or when you stepped out of your comfort zone? Of course it's the latter - we humans thrive in situations of chaos because they build character, strength against adversity and help us see a bigger picture. 

My hope for this beautiful ZOX is that instead of letting chaos stress you out, you learn to enjoy it - to learn from it and appreciate the strength it forms within. Every moment in your life only happens once, so take time to enjoy it, no matter how crazy it may seem at the time. It's always worth it.
