Rest Your Mind

Story

Burdens are tiring, aren't they? Stress wears me out. It's frustrating how worry is unavoidable sometimes. It often keeps me up at night, and sleep is my favorite thing to do. I will be lying in bed, ready to drift away to dreamland, when my heart begins to race and my thoughts devolve into a spiral of "what ifs". 

I don't know about you, but it gets exhausting for me to worry about things all the time. It leads me to feel completely unmotivated and sometimes even a little depressed. I feel depleted, fatigued, and irritated. I know I'm not alone when I say that, sometimes, all I really want is rest.

Thankfully, there are solutions for gaining rest. Whether you resort to melatonin, prayer, or meditation, there's plenty of options for us to give our minds a rest. Give our bodies time to renew. We will all have different ways of discovering the best method, but we need to let our bodies have a break. Sometimes we even have to remind ourselves of it. That's what I love about this vibrant, gorgeous Single. It reminds me to breathe and take a break for a bit. Rest up. Your energy will be needed another time, but now, it's time for you to be restored.
